Congratulations to Lawrence ! Recognition this morning for our college bound Valedictorian and Salutatorian at the Nassau County Council of School Superintendents county wide celebration at Crest Hollow County Club. NYIT medical program and Cornell University will be lucky to have these new freshmen.

The District is extremely grateful to all members of the school community that inform us of any concerns they have, this is especially true for safety concerns. Just last night we were made aware of some concerns at the HS which allowed us to immediately follow up with the 4th precinct. There is no threat to our schools, and we have resolved the source of information that was reported to us.

Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) held a “grim reaper day” on Friday. This emotional day was aimed at raising the importance of mental health awareness and decision making.
The first indication that Lawrence ‘s dance show is going to be spectacular! Dances from around the world will be performed.
Weekend Academy Regents Review begins this weekend on both Saturday and Sunday!
