LAWRENCE, NEW YORK (DECEMBER 2023)—Lawrence Primary School PTA recently hosted its first-ever Snowball Extravaganza, bringing together students and families from grades kindergarten to sixth grade for a winter wonderland of activities.

“The warmest thank you to our wonderful and dedicated PTA for coordinating Lawrence Primary School’s inaugural Snowball Extravaganza,” said Dr. Kristen Panzarella, Principal of Lawrence Primary School. “Your hard work and dedication to our students is truly appreciated and the event was a resounding success!”

The event featured a holiday boutique where families had the opportunity to shop for holiday gifts. The boutique offered a wide range of options, including personalized spirit wear, allowing families to create unique and memorable items.

In the gymnasium, families engaged in various winter games, adding to the festive atmosphere. Activities included candy cane fishing, pin the tail on Olaf, spoon races, snowman bowling, freeze tag, and much more. The games provided endless fun and entertainment for everyone involved. In the cafeteria, students worked alongside their families to create gingerbread houses. This hands-on activity allowed students to showcase their creativity and bond with their loved ones. The gingerbread houses were a delightful addition to the event, adding to the festive spirit.
