Please be advised that we have been notified of a positive Covid 19 case in the middle school. All appropriate measures were taken as per our state and district guidelines. We will continue to take an abundance of caution with any health and safety related matters. Always remember to follow the 3W's by wearing your mask, watching your social distancing and washing your hands frequently. Our number one priority is your healthy and safety!

Parents, please be prepared to communicate today at your assigned meeting times for Parent-Teacher Conferences. Note, teachers will be utilizing Google Meets to make calls, the dail-in number may not be listed or registered from a Lawrence area code. Also, early dismissal today starts at 11am for our 7th grade and then 11:30am for our 8th grade. Wishing you a successful day!

The District has been notified of 2 positive cases of COVID-19. It was determined that neither individual was in the school buildings during the period of time they would have been contagious. These cases emphasize the importance of testing, staying home when sick, and not masking symptoms with fever reducing medications. Reminder, today is the last day to sign-up for a scheduled conference time with your child's teacher. Please see the link for our Parent-Teacher Conference sign-up sheet. The deadline to sign-up is Today, November 10th. Again, we have an early dismisal for all students which has been indicated on our school's calendar. All students will follow periods 1-4 on PTC day. Our school remains in the yellow zone. If you have agreed to testing, and if your child is a hybrid "Gold" or every day in person learner, and received a call, please bring your child for a COVID test. Please send the receipt/results via email to sbrooks@lawrence.org or send to school in your child's bookbag beginning this Monday, November 9th.
You can be tested at FTCC Inwood or there will be a COVID Testing Walk Up Site on Sunday 11/8 from 11 am – 2 pm (no out of pocket cost, bring your insurance card) at Lawrence Primary School, 1 Donohue Avenue Inwood.

In order to keep our Lawrence Middle School Family safe during this unprecedented time, Parent-Teacher Conferences will be fully virtual via Google Meet. Please use the link below to access the list of Middle School teachers and their Google sign-up sheet. You will need to repeat this for all the teachers you want to see during Parent-Teacher Conferences. The deadline is Tuesday, November 10th to select a time to meet with your child's teacher.
Important note, dismissal will be at 11am for 7th and 11:30am for 8th graders on November 12th.

Our District held "Tech Talks" for our Lawrence Families. We demonstrated the Google Classroom platform, Kami to submit an assignment, the Suite 360 program & our Lawrence District 15 app!
