Talent Show continued





LES hosted its Annual Talent Show on Friday night in our auditorium. The audience and judges were treated to the amazing talents of our learners ranging from Beethoven's Fifth Symphony to gymnastics and everything in between. We are so proud of students and their talents. We have many pictures to display in several posts so keep looking.





LES smiles when donating their Valentine for Veterans cards to Town Councilman Anthony D'Esposito for distribution to US Veterans.


Ms. Bartels, our guidance counselor with the help of Mrs. Brickman held a Kindness Assembly today which focused on empathy and how to be kind to others.



LES PTA sponsors the Brain Show assembly for our school. It was great fun!



Mr. Gonzales retires after 30 years of teaching music to our learners. It was a heartfelt moment when three of our youngsters sang the LES song, he wrote, to him at a breakfast in his honor.

LES took a trip to NYC to see the Cirque de Soleil Holiday Show at Madison Square Garden. It was a great day.

The staff at LES celebrated Thanksgiving with a Friendsgiving style luncheon where many teachers brought in delicious food to share




Ms. Cromartie's learners in Room 228 painted continents on pumpkins to show how the Native Americans migrated from Asia to North America by crossing a land bridge covered with glaciers.
