Kosher Food Distribution

The Kosher meal program is a non-needs-based program for ALL children under the age of 18 from any school district.


Distribution times are being optimized to accommodate the upcoming holiday schedule. As a result, Friday distribution will cover several days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday). On Tuesday meals will cover several days as well (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday). Be certain that you have adequate space in your vehicle.

You MUST register once again to assist in ensuring that an adequate number of meals are available to you. Registration is of critical importance. REGISTER NOW.

The deadline for Tuesday meal distribution is Friday at 3:00 P.M.


To accommodate the anticipated flow of traffic and allow for a smooth distribution process the meals prepared by Elite Caterers will distributed at the Lawrence Public Schools Campus at 195 Broadway off Lawrence Avenue. Meal distribution will be 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM. For those picking up for 3 or more families pick up time will begin at 8:30 AM. For those who have not registered, at 11:00 AM all remaining meals will be distributed.


To ensure a smooth operation place a sheet of paper on your dashboard with an e-mail address, the family name of those whose meals are being picked up and the number of meals requested based on number of children under 18.

If possible, please include a home address, an email address or phone number. Please hand the paper to the staff member. If you can pick up for more than one family, fewer cars will be on site. Please have space available in your trunk or back seat; do not leave your car.

It is the simple things that make a difference. The registration, the sheet of paper with name and numbers, being patient on-line as the people in front of you are being served all combine to create a congenial atmosphere where all benefit.
