Hispanic Heritage Month

Each year, Americans observe National Hispanic Heritage Month from September 15 to October 15, by celebrating the histories, cultures and contributions of American citizens whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean and Central and South America.

Our Pre-K children will celebrate by learning a new Spanish/English phrase each day and also by creating a flag representing one of the Hispanic countries with their class.  Murals will be displayed for all to see in our Pre-K Hallway.
