African American Club – Advisor – Mr. Torres
The African American Club has a meeting today in room 224 at 2:45 pm. Please be ontime. It will be on a quick meeting. New Members welcome. See you there!
Athletics – Advisor – Mr. Gordon
Attention all student Athletes, the following sports begin on Monday, November 18th.
JV and Varsity Boys Basketball – Tryouts are at 5:00 pm in the gym.
Gymnastics – meeting at 3:45pm, in the cafeteria
JV & Varsity Girls Basketball – try outs are at 3:00 pm, in the gym
Boys and Girls Indoor Track Everybody will meet at 3:00 in the gym
Reminder all students need to be registered on Final Forms and all forms need to be completed and signed by your parent/guardian and yourselves. In addition, you must have an updated physical on file with the nurse.
Girls Basketball – Advisor – Mr. Klein
All girls interested in trying out for girls basketball, there is a mandatory meeting after school, today, Wednesday, in the gym. An open gym will follow the meeting.

Boys and Girls Bowling – Advisors – Mr. Walker and Mr. Martillotti
Attention all boys and girls interested in trying out for the Varsity Bowling Team: Tryouts will be on today, November 12th, November 13th and 14th. The bus to the bowling alley will leave the gym side entrance at 3:00 pm. If you have any questions, please see Coach Mott or Walker.

Any student with a November 15th application deadline must provide a PINK SHEET to their school Counselor TODAY!!!

A Representative from University of Massachusetts will be in the Guidance Office conference room today, November 14TH, 6TH period to discuss admission process and scholarship opportunities. If you are interested in attending, you will need to sign up in the guidance office prior to the meeting. If you have a class during that time, you will need to have your teacher sign a permission slip which you can also obtain from the guidance office.

Junior Class News – Advisor – Ms. Kind
Hey, what’s up? Looking for something to do tonight? Well, come on down to the Junior TALENT Show. It’s a great time. The show is in the Auditorium tonight and starts at 7:00 pm. It only costs $5.00 TO GET IN, Daniela and Jose, the Junior Officers, are MCing the event. Meet up with your friends and come on down. .See you there tonight!
Key Club and FHA – Advisors – Mr. Mayo and Ms. Cohen
FHA and Key Club are collecting the following items for Thanksgiving Baskets: Stove Top Stuffing, canned vegetables, Jiffy Cornbread Mix, Rolls, Cranberry Sauce, Canned Yams, Gravy, Turkey, Chicken, Vegetable Broth, Mashed Potatoes, Box of Cake Mix with Frosting and Packages of Cookies.
Drop donations off in Room 125F – Mr. Mayo’s Room or Mail Room. One donation can make a difference for a family!
Math Club – Advisor – Ms. Mazzarino
Do you like to solve problems or riddles? DO you like to do puzzles or play games? Then Join Math Club! Math Club will meet today, after school in room 247. All students are welcome to join.
